About the event
Poets for Chicago will spotlight writers and artists standing in solidarity with immigrant and refugee communities across Illinois who continue to face systemic challenges and federal hostility. All ticket, book, and refreshment sales will directly support ICIRR’s mission to build a more just and welcoming state for all.
Admission is a minimum $20 donation to ICIRR. Attendees may donate at the door or show proof of donation. Contributions can also be made in advance at https://illinoiscoalitionforimmigrantandrefugeerights-bloom.kindful.com/.

This event is presented by a coalition of literary curators from across Chicago, including Jeffrey Wolf (An Inconvenient Hour), Simone Muench and Kenyatta Rogers (Sunday Reading Series), S.
